It's being replicated today at Shine. Todd will share his story: the journey to build Shine, the ups and downs of social entrepreneurship, and the journey from social enterprise to intrinsic value company.

Todd, a social entrepreneur originally from the USA, is a founder of the social venture Shine in Leeds. Over the past five years, he has been involved in raising over £25m for social business initiatives and investment programs. Todd currently divides his time between Shine, developing new commercial projects, public speaking, and delivering strategic consultancy to help businesses innovate for good.
