We're very excited to present Mark Skipper, Chief Executive of Northern Ballet.
Northern Ballet is a great northern success story and Mark is right at the heart of it. Not only is the dance company a cornerstone of Yorkshire culture, it is now internationally respected from Miami to Macau.
Mark was first recruited as Deputy Stage Manager in the 80s and was quickly promoted and appointed Chief Executive in 1994. Since then, Mark has overseen the development of Northern Ballet’s new purpose built home, boosted overseas touring and appointed the most talented directors in the business.
As a result of his work, Northern Ballet is now known as one of the world’s greatest dance companies.
