Yorkshire Talking Heads proudly presents Claire Bennett - a regional director for Common Purpose in Yorkshire. She has worked for Common Purpose since 1997 and since then has worked on both adult and youth courses across West and North Yorkshire with management responsibility for teams across the region since 2005 0xD83D &

This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from an inspiring individual who spends almost every day with innovative leaders from across the business spectrum.

Claire will offer a unique insight into some of the biggest challenges facing business and society today - from leadership, recruitment and retention of staff right through to more complex problems including how businesses engage with the wider community.

Claire enjoys seeing the difference Common Purpose makes to individuals as they progress in their career and the challenge of working with diverse groups of individuals.

During her time at Common Purpose she has led local courses in West and North Yorkshire, the Northern courses for emerging leaders, youth courses in West Yorkshire and has been involved in chairing the national senior leaders 20:20 course, along with customised work for Leeds City Council, Ernst & Young and Morrisons PLC.

Before joining Common Purpose Claire worked for the NHS in various roles and led projects as part of a Health For All team.

Claire is a member of Bradford College’s search committee, a board member of Young Enterprise in West Yorkshire, a former steering group member for the Joseph Rowntree Foundation’s programme in Bradford and sits on the Yorkshire and Humber regional judging panels for the International Service Human Rights Awards and BT’s Community Connections Awards
